Are you a great storyteller who is excited to help share all of the amazing projects that PFTP is working on? Do you care deeply about food equity, community resilience, and environmental justice and want to work with a team who shares your passion? Do you have creativity that you want to let soar?

We might be just the right fit!

Culture things of note:

• We aim to keep people at no more than 30-35hrs/week, because you should get time in the week that you’re not working.

• We have big dreams, but know they won’t always happen overnight.

• We are always learning and trying new things.

• Your projects are yours - ask for input, ask for ideas, but at the end of the day, no one is going to tell you exactly what needs to happen.

• There are some nights and weekends that we work, especially to accommodate volunteer schedules.

• Harvesting is core to our work, so we all need to know how to do it. The more we know how to support our peers, the better off we all are!
