PFTP ARE the World Record Holders for creating the World's Longest Grazing Board - the CharFruitTree Board!
On 10.26.23 - Portland Fruit Tree Project gathering over $50,000 in donated food and drinks, donated from the Pacific NW’s best and most supportive brands, to create The World's Largest CharFruitTree Board event.
We fed 700 guests and volunteers, and provided an additional 3,000 meals in the community through our partner’s in food scarcity, Lift Urban Portland.
We feel confident that we not only beat all known records for this style of event, creating a 500 foot continuous board that exceeded the World Book standards for the volume and presentation of the various types of food, we also created a new standard for community involvement and impact; and we raised $20,000 for the Portland Fruit Tree Project.
