groupHarvesting Parties

We bring neighbors together to pick fruit that
would otherwise go to waste, and make it available to people in need. Half of the fruit goes to a local food bank, and the rest goes home with volunteers.

Harvesting Parties are open to anyone, and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
We hold Harvesting Parties every week, August through October.

We also coordinate special harvesting events for organizations serving low-income clients.

Partnering with agencies serving low-income / food insecure clients
.
In addition to our general harvesting parties, we work with community partners (food banks, churches, schools, social service agencies) to arrange harvesting parties with organized groups of low-income individuals.

If your organization is interested in arranging a group harvest, please contact us!
We strive to make group harvests convenient, educational, and deliciously rewarding for all participants! Agencies & participants can keep up to 100% of the harvest.
Group Harvests are now being scheduled for September & October.
